Classes & Levels

 

Most classes have two levels in them, eg Y4/Std 2 and Y5/Std 3. This gives staff the ability to teach children at the level they need without the child feeling different, eg: A good reader might be working with children a year older. A child needing help with Maths can easily work in with younger children to enable him/her to catch up.

 

Roll growth adjustments may mean your child has to change class during the school year. Each child’s school promotion is considered according to academic, social and emotional ability.
